CROSSFIT

CrossFit delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive for any level of fitness.  It is a strength and conditioning program built on constantly varied, if not randomized, functional movements executed at high intensity. This program combines elements of gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting and resistance training with traditional and non-traditional tools, combined to create a great workout for any person looking to get more fit.

Crossfit training challenges the body in a variety of ways and is completely scalable and easily modified to suit any exerciser. This program is guaranteed to improve cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, accuracy, agility and balance. --Courtesy of Crossfit

Great for parents and weekend warriors!  Come in before work, during lunch, or on the weekend.  60 minute training sessions for ages 18 and up.

SPEED TRAINING with Keysha

Speed is one of the most valuble traits that an athlete can obtain. This class is taught by former division one track & field athlete and 2012 Olympic Hopeful Keysha Benzing. Her Speed Development training done in a unique way following the philosophy of "Run Smarter, Not Harder". Athletes are made faster and more effient by being taught proper running mechanics, the different phases in running/sprinting (ie: acceleration, drive phase, max speed), proper force application/production, start techinique, running posture and what it means to compete. This unjulating program uses various state of the art training techniques and tools. Training can be joined at anytime allowed by the extensive progressions and is open to all athletes ages 13 and up of all ability levels from novice to elite. (for youth athletes see Youth Development below as well as watch site for bi-monthly Speed Camps). Benzing also has the belief that yet there are those who are natural runners, it is a skill and EVERYONE can be taught to be a more effient, effective, faster, more explosive sprinter/runner.

Class Available-Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 4pm
Cost-$40 monthly membership or $15 drop in fee
