Format- One Day (Saturdays)
              3 Game guarantee, Round Robin Format
              75 Minute "Drop Dead" Game Time Limit (Championship Game is untimed)

By popular demand, our age cut off date will comply with numerous National Organizations. Our new age cut-off date is 12/31/10.  A player's age is determined by his or her age on this date.

Example: If Jimmy turns 13 on December 30, 2010, he cannot play in our 12U Tournament.  If Jimmy turns 13 on January 2, 2011, he is allowed to play in the 12U Tournament.

Please print, complete, and submit this waiver form to Hitters.  Feel free to drop it off at Hitters any time prior to April 1.
